With just nine days to go for the eagerly anticipated 2018 IAAF World Indoor Championships, the National Association of Athletics Administrations of Trinidad and Tobago has finalised their team. The Championships is scheduled to take place in Birmingham, England during the period March 01st to 04th, 2018. The Trinidad and Tobago Team is expected to depart on February 27th and return on March 05th, 2018.

Lead by Team manager and President of the NAAATT Ephraim Serrette is very optimistic about the team’s performance.

In 2016 at Portland Oregon, USA Team TTO produced a good showing with two Bronze medals and several finalist. Deon Lendore came third in the men’s 400m finals, Jarrin Solomon, Lalonde Gordon, Ade AlleyneForte and Deon Lendore came third with a time of 3:05.51(new national record) in the men’s 4x440m relay, Michelle Lee-Ahye came 4th in 7.11 seconds in the women’s 60m finals and Cleopatra Borel came 4th with 18.38m in the women’s Shot Putt.
