All karate clubs in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean region are invited to the World United Karate Organization ( WUKO) 1st Pan American Cup Karate Tournament.
Now that karate will be a demo sport in 2020, many are using events like these to evaluate skill and technique to improve chances of being selected. International Olympic Organization ( IOC ) karate is for everyone regardless of affiliations.
The 1st WUKO Pan American Cup will take place at the Woodbrook Youth Facility from  June 16th to 17th,2017.
The event is hosted by the Trinidad and Tobago Karate Federation ( TTKF) and the USA Karate International ( USAKI).

The deep discounted fee is $20US per category if registered by May 17th. TTKF will be giving back 10% of registration fees to all clubs that sign more than twenty athletes by May 1st.  Rebate begins from the 11th registered athlete. Two awards will be given to the club with most athletes. One for National and one for International.
