The Pan American Equestrian Confederation (PAEC) hosted its first ever Caribbean Junior Jumping Challenge from August 17th to 19th at the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) is Savannah, Georgia, USA.  Trinidad & Tobago was among seven (7) countries (with two (2) riders each) that participated in this inaugural event which serves to provide much needed exposure and experience to young riders across the Caribbean.  Jordanne Brown and Hadley Rahael were selected by the Trinidad & Tobago Equestrian Association (TTEA) to represent T&T in the competition, and the pair rode superbly to land T&T in the top spot at the end of the 1st day of competition – with Jordanne taking 2nd place overall and Hadley copping the 4th place spot.  Following the 2nd day of competition, the T&T jumpers were edged out  by the Bermudian and Caymanian riders and landed T&T in 3rd position overall.  The other participating countries were Barbados (4th place), USA (5th place), Antigua (6th place), and Barbados (7thplace).

Well done girls! You made us proud!
