Administrators and players of the Volleyball Fraternity were excited as they received news of a permanent home for Volleyball at the National Cycling Velodrome, Couva.

The Trinidad and Tobago Volleyball Federation has been searching for a home for the sport for more than 10 years so that administration and players development can be improved to international standard.

Our National women senior team is currently ranked 28th in the world and with a permanent facility the team is hoping to improve their world ranking.

The National coaches have already incorporated more training sessions in their schedule to put in the work required to ensure our athletes improve their fitness and ability.

Volleyball serves off with a Super League on Wednesday 19th April 2017

from 8.00pm at National Cycling Velodrome, Couva.

The opening ceremony from 6:00 pm begins with a tour of TTVF’s New Office (Club Executives & Coaches) followed by a parade of the teams and at 8:00pm the First Super League game serves off between Glamorgan and UTT.

All clubs are invited to wear their official game uniform as there would be special prizes for the best team display/s.
