The eagerly-anticipated UANA Water Polo Cup starts today at the National Aquatic Centre in Balmain, Couva, where hosts Trinidad and Tobago open their campaign against Canada at 7.30 p.m.

Captain Kris Thomas’ squad face off against the North Americans in the second of a doubleheader in the four-team competition. In the first game, Argentina battle Brazil from 6 p.m.

The tournament features the national teams of Brazil, Argentina, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago and serves as a qualifier for the Men’s World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, in July. Admission per day is $30 for adults, while children 16 & under will have to pay $20.

Game 10 @ 12.30 pm. Winner #7 vs winner #8 Gold
